Best-location condominium units in Chiang Rai, Thailand, for sale

Four units in Chiang Rai's dCondo Hyde, which is one of the best condominium locations in all of Thailand. They are for sale at 100,000 US dollars each.

These studio units are 30 squaremeters in size, and feature a living area, a sleeping area separated by a sliding-glass wall and door, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a small balcony. The units are sold unfurnished, but below photo shows a unit with furnishings as they were provided by the developer. The project was completed in 2015.

These units are currently owned by a foreigner, and thus can easily be sold to another foreigner. The property already has a large number of foreign owners, and foreigners can only own up to 49 percent of condominiums in Thailand. Foreigners selling to foreigners does not change the equation.

This condominium property is connected by pedestrian bridge to Chiang Rais Central Department Store, Thailands most luxurious shopping mall.

Coming from Bangkok, Central Department Store is on the left side of Phaholyothin Road in Chiang Rai. On the right side of Phaholyothin Road, opposite Central Department Store, is the dCondo Hyde condominium (hidden behind trees on the above photo). Phaholyothin Road is the main highway between central Bangkok and Maesai, the northern-most point of Thailand, on the border to Myanmar. Drive out of dCondo Hyde, turn left, and you have a 6- to 10-lane highway into the center of Bangkok (700 kilometers).
