The southern extension of the Bandar Baru Air Putih subdivision is called Botanica CT. This extension has a number of convenient infrastructure features, which, in spite of the very secluded location of the property for sale, are all within easy walking distance. The largest hypermarket on the Western side of Penang, a new branch of TF Value-Mart is, amazingly enough, just 450 meters away.
Just a few steps further are a KFC drive-through and a Starbucks drive-through (both opened in 2020).
The Prince of Wales Island International School is also still just a walking distance of 750 meters away.
