The southern extension of the Bandar Baru Air Putih subdivision is called Botanica CT. This extension has a number of convenient infrastructure features, which, in spite of the very secluded location of the property for sale, are all within easy walking distance. The largest hypermarket on the Western side of Penang, a new branch of TF Value-Mart is, amazingly enough, just 450 meters away.
