Tongkatali.org clearance sale at Amazon

Tongkatali.org is not just a trading company. Tongkatali.org is a lifestyle and a philosophy. For those esoterically inclined, Tongkatali.org even is a religion. The condition of a person's soul depends on the quality of sex that one experiences.

Tongkatali.org is not just a trading company. But Tongkatali.org is also a trading company. We sell magical herbals for sexual health. And as a trading company, we cannot ignore Amazon.

Many of our products are available on Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, and Amazon.com.au. We even have Special Edition products that are advertised only on Amazon. And occasionally, we have cheaper prices on Amazon than we have on Tongkatali.org. We will explain this later. But for now, please try to search for our products on Amazon as well as on Tongkatali.org. To find our products on Amazon, please search for our brandname: Tongkatali.org

You can purchase our products on Amazon, or directly from us. We ship worldwide to every country from Thailand or Indonesia.

Amazon has two delivery options: 1. Orders delivered by Amazon. 2. Orders delivered by the merchant.

If products are delivered by Amazon, they are stocked in the huge Amazon warehouses in the USA and other developed countries and reach the customer quickly. Product delivery can even be on the same day at some locations.

This is very convenient for some customers in developed countries. But there is a downside.

Tongkatali.org is a worldwide brand. We have customers in many countries, even Afghanistan. Delivery by Amazon is feasible only for the USA, Canada, and Australia. For all other countries, the only sensible option is delivery by the merchant.

Nevertheless, we encourage potential customers in other countries to search for our products on Amazon, too. Potential customers in other countries can also buy our products on Amazon. For each of our products on Amazon, it is indicated whether it is shipped internationally or only locally. For some of our products, prices may be lower on Amazon than on Tongkatali.org. We ship to every country on earth, regardless of whether a customer has purchased on Amazon or from us directly.

So why do we sometimes have lower prices on Amazon? This has to with how Amazon ranks products in their online catalog. Unlike Google, Amazon knows exactly which products are sold through their online catalog. And except for paid advertisements, Amazon ranks products in accordance to how well they sell. Amazon does not list products in accordance to product quality because this is something Amazon cannot judge. This is bad for us, but we have to live with it.

So, what is our strategy for Amazon? Every now and then, we have to do discounted sales on Amazon, just to assure that a product is properly listed. Once this is achieved, prices revert to normal levels, while positions on Amazon are maintained for some time.

When we started to sell on Amazon, we did not have a good understanding of how Amazon works.

Initially, we had sent a lot of products to Amazon for delivery by Amazon. These products were priced a little higher than on Tongkatali.org, to account for Amazon fees. While there were some sales, most people took advantage of cheaper prices on Tongkatali.org. But when Amazon themselves didn't see enough sales to maintain a high rank, our positions dropped. And with lower ranks, sales further declined.

Because we have valuable stock at Amazon warehouses, we cannot just cancel the listings. For the products that no longer rank well, we therefore have a clearance sale at low prices.

This clearance sale applies to the products listed below. The clearance sale is continued as long as stock lasts. We are unlikely to use delivery by Amazon in the future. We will still keep Amazon as a distribution channel, but with delivery by us. We will then ship the products only from Thailand.

For the following products, we have a clearance sale:

Tongkat ali, rest assured: not standardized for eurycomanone

By Serge Kreutz

Tongkat Ali Research, 2019

Websites claiming to sell tongkat ali standardized for eurycomanone are scams throughout. They are run out of apartments, with sales of a few dozens or a few hundred bottles per year. They don't have a factory and couldn't afford standardization anyway.

This is one of the rare instances where, in hindsight, you have reason to be glad that you were lied to.

Why? Because there is no indication whatsoever that the chemical eurycomanone would be responsible for those parameters for which you bought, or intend to buy, tongkat ali: increased testosterone, increased libido.

Just do a search on Medline, the online medical and scientific database of the US National Institute of Health with abstracts of more than 25 million research papers.

Results:

Eurycomanone testosterone = zero

Eurycomanone libido = zero

It's just not a topic, except for scammers.

But there are hundreds of studies on "tongkat ali testosterone" and "tongkat ali libido".

Why Sumatra Pasak Bumi does not standardize tongkat ali for eurycomanone

We at Sumatra Pasak Bumi do not standardize tongkat ali extract. And it's not because we wouldn't be dedicated to quality. It's because we do not believe in lying to and cheating customers.

We have been in the tongkat ali trade for more than 25 years, and as a company, we have the intention to span several generations. With such a perspective, we don't join marketing fads that come and go.

Sumatra Pasak Bumi manufactures tongkat ali extracts at two ratios, 1:50 and 1:200. The two ratios refer to the number of kilograms of root in relation to one kilogram of extract. It's something we can measure fairly easily with a normal scale.

In the past few years, many websites selling inferior or outright fake tongkat ali have suddenly come up with claims of standardization. 2 percent, 4 percent, 8 percent, 20 percent eurycomanone.

The eurycomanone content of 1 kg of dried tongkat ali root lies in a natural range of in between 0.1 and 0.5 grams.

Using an extraction method of heat and pressure over a certain period of time, one can arrive at extracts that contain between 0.5 and 2 percent of eurycomanone.

To standardize an extract for eurycomanone sounds easy on the paper of labels, and the claim can be worded on websites in a matter of seconds.

But in real life, things are not so simple.

If standardization would be done in accordance to international lab rules, first one would have to establish the exact natural occurence of eurycomanone in any given lot of tongkat ali extract. This requires a chromatograph and time.

Then, if the measured eurycomanone is below what one wants to print truefully on a label, additional eurycomanone would have to be added. There is no other way.

To manufacture pure eurycomanone, it has to be separated from other consituents through a variety of chemical processes.

A method to isolate eurycomanone on an industrial scale, as it is possible for yohimbine or caffeine, doesn't currently exist. So it needs filtering, centrifuging, dissolving, and chemical reagents. Therefore, pure eurycomanone is really expensive.

It can be bought from chemical supply houses of the kind of Sigma Aldrich. Here a Chinese source:

https://www.mybiosource.com/prods/Biochemical/Eurycomanone/datasheet.php?products_id=6094178

eurycomanone for sale

This is reagent grade. Not pharmaceutical grade, and not even food grade. Ethics guidelines in many countries would not even allow the substance for tests on life animals.

Chemical supply houses don't sell to just anybody. You have to send credentials, such as proof that you are a researcher at a university.

Anyway, if it were available, pure pharmaceutical grade eurycomanone would have to be added in an ever variable proportion to any tongkat ali extract to make it standardized. That would be a huge effort, at astronomic costs.

Just consider this.

A high potency extract has maybe 2 percent eurycomanone. For a 300 mg capsule, this would be approximately 6 mg.

If a product were 300 mg per capsule, and 8 percent eurycomanone, than at least 18 mg of pure eurycomanone would have to be added, at a cost of 18 x 1520 US dollar = 27,360 US dollar per capsule. Times 100 capsules = 2,736,000 US dollars, just for the standardization of 1 bottle.

And then the scammers offer it at 69 dollars per bottle, buy 2, get 1 free.

Ridiculous. Every website claiming "standardized" tongkat ali extract is a scam.

And why should those scammers bother even with just genuine tongkat ali when, as a matter of fact, they can ship sawdust, or all-purpose flour, and still print "standardized tongkat ali" on labels, or include the claim on a web page. Nobody will or can check. Scammers are interested only in your money. Scammers are not interested in your health

Tongkatali.org - Mucuna pruriens extract is about the only supplement for relationships desire

By Serge Kreutz

Neurons (nerve cells) in the human brain, mostly an area in the midbrain called substantia nigra, convert L-dopa into the neurotransmitter dopamine. Dopamine regulates motivation, including relationships motivation, and also movement.

Traditionally, a lack of relationships motivation has not been considered a clinical condition. The medical attitude has always been: no libido, no problem.

But when movement is impaired for a lack of dopamine as evident in Parkinson’s disease, this is recognized as a condition that warants medication.

The treatment of first choice for Parkinsons disease is L-dopa. The human body itself manufactures L-dopa via the amino acid L-tyrosine. The enzyme tyrosine hydroxylase does this job. This L-dopa then passes the blood-brain barrier where the another enzyme, aromatic L-amino acid decarboxylase (AADC) converts L-dopa into dopamine. This second transformation is impeded in Parkinson’s disease when decarboxylating neurons die off and are reduced in numbers. By supplying exogenous L-dopa, remaining neurons produce more dopamine. Being a biochemical which the body synthesizes on its own throughout life, the pharmaceutical industry has a hard time to patent it and make exorbitant profits.

Furthermore, L-dopa is also used in the biology of plants, most prominently in mucuna pruriens (velvet beans, cowitch... cow-itch, not co-witch).

Nevertheless, mostly two huge chemicals companies, Monsanto and Ajinomoto, have deviced methods for the industrial production of L-dopa in chemical reactions and by microbial fermentation. However, some people have voiced concerns regarding toxicity associated with these methods of industrial production, and many professionals consider the L-dopa in mucuna pruriens superior.

But pharmaceutical companies are in the business of making money, and to do so, they push their industrial products. Therefore, it's mostly the L-dopa of chemicals corporations that is used in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease.

Apart from the straight use of L-dopa, there are a few other options for increasing dopamine tone in parts of the brain. Dopamine receptor agonists are one such option. Like dopamine itself, these dopamine agonists dock on dopamine receptors (the pharmacological term is: they are ligands for dopamine receptors) and have an effect similar to dopamine. But dopamine agonists never feel as natural as plain L-dopa, and there is a plethora of definitely unwanted side effects.

But for pharmaceutical corporations, a significant aspect of dopamine agonists is that they can be patented, and can turn a profit. Thus dopamine agonists tend to be in the media much more than straight L-dopa and its most common plant source, mucuna pruriens (velvet beans).

For the pharmaceutical industry, Pfizer's Viagra was an eye-opener. It proved that enormous profits could be generated with patented relationships enhancement drugs.

Apomorphine is a case in point. Pharmaceutical companies (Tap Pharmaceuticals, Abbot Laboratories) tried to jump on the Viagra bandwagon with their own patent.

In 2001, they launched Uprima in Europe. Even back then, Uprima wasn't really a new drug. It's active ingredient, apomorphine, has been around for many years as an emetic mostly in veterinary practice. Yes, an emetic, a drug that quickly induces vomiting in dogs and other domestic animals that have swallowed some poisons.

An nausea-causing effect that is worse than the nausea-causing effect of straight L-dopa and mucuna pruriens is the most common side effect of dopaminergics.

While apomorphine has been tried as a pleasure drug, this is about all it has in common with its more famous colleague in name, morphine. Sure, apomorphine is produced from morphine. But its pharmacological effects are completely different. Morphine is a sedative agent, while apomorphine is a stimulant.

Apomorphine is a typical dopamine agonist, which accounts for its, albeit limited, usefulness in the management of Parkinson’s disease.

Apomorphine is a D1 receptor-specific dopamine agonist that makes it different from mostly ergot-derived dopamine agonists, which usually target D2 dopamine receptors, e.g. pergolide and bromocriptine. D3 and D4 dopamine receptors are less often targeted in the treatment of Parkinson’s.

It has long been documented that most Parkinson’s medications have sexuality-enhancing side effects. I was personally using mucuna pruriens and Parkinson’s medications for relationships enhancement long before Uprima was launched. I gained the most experience with L-dopa and mucuna pruriens, but I have also tested Parlodel (bromocriptine), Dopergine (lisuride), Cabergoline (brand name: Dostinex), Mirapex (pramipexole), and deprenyl.

It has to be noted that the sexuality-enhancing side effects hold true for many but not all dopamine-enhancing Parkinson’s medications. Whether or not a dopamine agonist enhances relationships functions seems to depend primarily on the dopamine receptor and sub-receptor sites it targets.

Unlike sildenafil citrate, L-dopa, mucuna pruriens, and dopamine agonists, whether Uprima or Dostinex), exert their pro-relationships effect not upon the erectile organ but upon the brain. They provoke erections not by improving the plumbing of male relationships function (i.e. blood supply to the organ), but by interfering with the wiring necessary for arousal, pleasure, and climax.

That sildenafil citrate only affects the plumbing, puts limits to its potential as a lifestyle drug. Sildenafil citrate will add little for men whose plumbing doesn’t leak, and apart from that, sildenafil also causes headache in many users, and comes with a risk of stroke. On the other hand, a good shot of additional desire is a welcome life enhancement for many people with whom there is nothing wrong physically but who just feel bored with their everyday life. For them, L-dopa, mucuna pruriens, and, on a more limited scale, dopamine agonists can be a real enrichment, and even a medication that saves their marriages.

Dosage for a pro-relationships effect is easier to determine for L-dopa and mucuna pruriens than for dopamine agonists. This is the case because a dosage that is too high will inevitably result in bad nausea. This nausea can be so bad that the last thing one fancies is relationships. This particularly is a problem with apomorphine.

One of the advantages of straight L-dopa and mucuna pruriens is the fewer side effects.

Uprima has never been approved for marketing in the US, and it has meanwhile been withdrawn from Europe as a treatment for relationships dysfunction (it is still around as a veterinary emetic). The point is, apomorphine is inferior to mucuna pruriens on all counts, except profitability for pharmaceutical companies.

Yohimbe Fuel

By Serge Kreutz

In mail this site has received from around the world, readers reported widely different experiences with yohimbe. Some readers mentioned that on standard recommended dosages they almost passed out (or at least felt as if they would) while others reported that they couldn’t feel any effect at all.

Of course, as is the case with any therapeutic agent, yohimbine (the main active ingredient of yohimbe bark) affects different people differently. However, the grave differences among the personal experiences as they were reported are only partially the responsibility of a different yohimbine tolerance level in different people. Rather, different experiences are often just the result of different brands tried.

The point is: because yohimbine, the most active ingredient of yohimbe bark, is by itself a prescription medication, most people in the US use yohimbe bark instead, which is freely available. So, what people normally ingest are not specific amounts of the pharmaceutical agent yohimbine but a certain number of milligrams of yohimbe bark or yohimbe bark extract. Depending on brand and production batch, the yohimbine content may vary between 5 and 0.05 percent. And if the yohimbine content of one brand can be 100 times that of another brand, it is only natural that people report different experiences, depending on the brand they tried.

We would consider 5 milligram of yohimbine a low standard dosage, and 10 mg a more generous standard dosage. US yohimbine prescription dosages are 5.4 milligram per tablet. Yohimbine prescription tablets are available under a good number of brand names, the reason being that yohimbine is not a patented substance. Why the US Food and Drug Administration, in their infinite wisdom, have decided that the dosage that can be sold as prescription medication should be 5.4 milligram and not 5.3 or 5.5, is something ordinary mortals will have some difficulty to understand. But the dice of the FDA decision fell for 5.4, and 5.4 it shall be until the yohimbe tree will become extinct.

Nevertheless, the 5.4-milligram tablets usually have an indented line along which they can easily be split. Recommendations vary between half a tablet an hour before relationships and 1 to 2 tablets several times a day. (See the articles on Yohimbe and sleep and on My current own yohimbe regimen for information on what I consider a sensible dosage.)

The effect of about 10 milligram of yohimbine is pretty consistent in a test subject, and it’s usually a good, effective dosage, so we take it as benchmark. We have experience with more yohimbe products than we have listed below. However, we previously haven’t kept record, and those products reviewed below are the ones we have used consistently, or recently.

YOHIMEX is the US yohimbine prescription medication of Kramer Labs. It’s yohimbine and just yohimbine, nothing else… no secret formula or other attempts at cheating. If you can get a yohimbine prescription from your physician, it’s a well-controlled and sufficiently economical method to ensure your yohimbine levels.

SIGMA-ALDRICH sells a number of yohimbe products. However, in the US, they do not sell to everybody, but just to laboratories. I had no problem buying Sigma-Aldrich yohimbine in Southeast Asia, and I have found it well tolerated and effective. And, of course, at about 1 cent a milligram, it’s really cheap.

PROCOMIL is a non-prescription medication sold in a good number of countries where tablets containing yohimbine can be traded over the counter. The German-made coated tablets contain 5 milligram of yohimbine plus a number of other substances, among them 0.1 milligram of methyltestosterone, some muira puama, and traces of desiccated (dried) animal testicles. The effect of Procomil is largely one of yohimbine. Actually, I doubt that the other ingredients have anything to do with the pro-relationships power of Procomil. They are probably just a gimmick aimed to hide the fact that what is sold as active ingredient is just yohimbine. Obviously, creating the aura of a specifically formulated product has its advantages for the company that sells Procomil (the Hamburg, Germany-based Walter Ritter Pharmaceuticals). Consumers may develop a higher level of brand loyalty, and competitors are easier fought off. But for all practical reason, Procomil is yohimbine in a 5-milligram dosage, and if prescription yohimbine is not available in your country, Procomil is a reliable substitute. Procomil is sold in many Arab countries and in Thailand.

AMERIFIT 1500. Among yohimbe bark products we have found AMERIFITS 1500 milligram yohimbe bark to be rather weak. We would have to ingest at least 3 or 4 of the rather large tablets to get the feeling of 5 milligram of yohimbine.

YOHIMBE FUEL from Twinlab has the advantage of being standardized. Allegedly, it is being standardized for 8 mg of yohimbine per capsule, but I feel that it’s milder (or weaker) per capsule than for example Yohimex 5 mg tablets. The maximum I have ingested in one day were 7 capsules (first 4, and 4 hours later another 3). If one capsule indeed contains 8 mg, this added up to 56 mg. I have to say that it was a bit too much. The relationships effect was strong, but I had the worst heart palpitations I ever experienced on yohimbe. I am not sure, though, whether it was the yohimbe alone, or whether my condition was aggravated by some 50 gram of chocolate I ate in the morning. (Anything containing caffeine or theobromine or related substances is strictly counter-indicated with yohimbe.) My usual dosage of Yohimbe Fuel is 2 capsules in the morning. It carries me into the evening (as all yohimbine does), and in combination with sildenafil citrate (some one to two hours before intercourse) I have used it very often.

The reader is reminded, that meanwhile I have more tolerance for yohimbe than I did a few years ago, so while 2 capsules are OK for me, they may be too much for some people. Those who have no experience with yohimbe, or know that they have a low tolerance for yohimbine, should try 1 capsule first. We have run a price comparison for Yohimbe Fuel with many online retailers.

RAW YOHIMBE BARK, as sold in some health-food stores, contains many other alkaloids apart from yohimbine. I find raw bark clearly inferior to bark extracts or pure yohimbine. Raw yohimbe bark actually often gives me a headache and a feeling of mental numbness, while bark extracts that have a high yohimbine content, or even more so pure yohimbine, tend to support mental clarity and alertness. I often write articles after having ingested yohimbine; but after having used yohimbe bark, I’m not much in the mood for writing. The dosages I tried ranged from a quarter teaspoon (too little for a pro-relationships effect) to a full teaspoon (which gave me a headache). When using raw bark, one has to be aware that yohimbine is not easily dissolved in water. Cooking the bark, and drinking the water as tea, may only deliver a small percentage of the yohimbine contained in the bark. If one doesn’t want to ingest milled raw bark, one should cook the bark in an organic acid like vitamin C, or in orange juice.

Marijuana or tongkat ali for better relationships, part 1

By Serge Kreutz

Cannabis Opinion, 2019

There is a fundamental difference between marijuana and tongkat ali.

Regardless of how enthusiastic you are about marijuana, there is no doubt that it makes you feel drugged. You may call it high, or stoned, or bright. Fact is that your brain doesn't feel sober.

Some people like to feel drugged most of the day or all day. For them, marijuana is better than cocaine or meth, and better than alcohol or barbiturates. It's certainly better than heroin or other opiates.

I am not one of those.

Apart from the time I am engaged in relationships conduct, I like to feel a clear, sharp mind. I like to master my vocabulary. My mind isn't sharp on marijuana, and on marijuana, I can't form sentences, and certainly not write articles. I just drift off.

This can be good for relationships. But if taken as aphrodisiac, marijuana dosages should be comparatively small. But even on a small dosage, marijuana is unpredictable.

Tongkat ali by itself is predictable, and a tongkat ali stack that also incorporates butea superba, velvet beans (Mucuna pruriens), and krachai dam is very predictable. You will have more relationships interest, and your orgasms will feel better.

Underestimated marijuana

The trend in the Americas and Europe is to legalize marijuana. The consensus is that the war on drugs was a failure, not interrupting the use of the drug, and only enriching criminals.

Legalizing and taxing marijuana, so the sounded (and sound) idea, would earn governments much-needed cash, save enormously on enforcement cost, and reduce organized crime.

Furthermore, marijuana has many medical uses.

It can save epileptic children from certain death. It is believed that marijuana stops the progression of Alzheimer's. Marijuana also interferes with HIV replication.

Legal marijuana will change the world. It will have an impact on humanity that is greater than any other of the big changes since World War II: the Internet, the advent of AIDS, the demise of the Soviet Union, or the rise and decline of the Islamic State.

Legal marijuana will be a whole new world. Because it won’t be used just for epileptic children or Alzheimer's and AIDS sufferers.

Many peoole will use it because marijuana can be a relationships drug if properly combined with dopaminergic and hormonal enhancement. This is what can make marijuana a game changer.

It has to be noted that marijuana's relationships potential will have to be awakened for a large number of users. For most people, the prosexual effect of marijuana is dormant. It can be awakened by dopaminergic and hormonal brain stimulation by tongkat ali, velvet beans (mucuna pruriens), and butea superba.

I actually consider marijuana a waste if not used for relationships. Because the drug is way below its potential if used just for its own sake.

So, once marijuana is legal, the majority of users will be mainstreamers who have never used it, or not since their youth when they were not capable to appreciate the drugs effect on relationships. The majority of users will be those who have not used it in recent years because it was illegal: those not inclined to risk years in jail for a few hours of extra pleasure.

Watch out for the transitory dynamics when marijuana will be legal in some places but not all. People go anywhere for better relationships, and this means, they will go where marijuana is legal.

Tongkatali.org's The psychology of better relationships

By Serge Kreutz

I admit that my articles are based primarily on own experience and self-observation, not on clinical trials or formal scientific research. However, I do believe that both my experience and my self-observation are representative for many men, and the feedback I am getting is largely affirmative.

Most relationships therapists have got it wrong. They ‘ve got it wrong because they usually are trained psychologists. Trained psychologists are focused on solving problems; if they are relationships therapists, they are focused on solving relationship problems and tensions in relationships.

But I, and many men and women, know that relationships is best in or after conflict situations. This is most obvious when we are jealous. Jealousy can make us obsessed with relationships imaginations (gratefully so), we enjoy enormous stamina, and the psychological pain we feel from being jealous can transform itself into the best orgasms ever.

But jealousy is not the only dramaturgic element that can enhance our sense of relationships pleasure. Relationships is also enhanced when we break up a steady relationship, and the next day are together again. Relationships is enhanced after fierce family arguments. It’s enhanced when we have been deeply offended by the girlfriend or wife.

All of these conflict situations miraculously have the power to make us sexually more focused on the person with whom we have a steady love relationship.

Some couples argue all the time, even about totally irrelevant matters. Many people, even psychologists, often do not understand why such couples stay together.

Of course, there are practical reasons. It may be difficult for either to find a replacement partner. Breaking up can bring economic hardship. Separate living space may be hard to find.

But there often is another element. It can be so gratifying, emotionally, to make peace after having argued. Relationships can be fantastic in such a situation. Unconsciously, couples who argue every day may initiate arguments not because of a specific subject matter but because the quiet after the storm is so rewarding. It is a situation not unlike the one gambling addicts are seeking. Gambling addicts, unconsciously, are in the game to lose, not to win, because, as masochists, they enjoy the extreme thrill of being defeated.

I am a practical man, an engineering mind. I pursue insight and knowledge not for the sake of consciousness but beyond that, for the sake of applying it. And the above insight can indeed be used to improve one’s relationships experience and satisfaction.

The funny thing is that we can trick our unconscious mind in a way, we ourselves would be hard to trick. Hypnotists make extensive use of this fact. And as autosuggestion everybody can apply this knowledge to one’s own benefit.

You can look into the mirror and come to the objective conclusion that you are below average looking. This could be a good reason to be depressed.

However, if you mentally repeat hundreds of times: “I am a good looking man, I am a good looking man, I am a good looking man, ?. then you will, yes, you will become more self-confident. You can become a winner, even if you have the face of a loser, just because your unconscious mind is convinced that you are a winner. This conviction has been imprinted in your unconscious mind by consciously repeating hundreds of times that, yes, you are a good-looking winner. Somehow, auto-suggestive sentences can bypass our rational mind, and shape our unconscious view of the world and ourselves.

I have only recently learned about an Indian movement in laugh therapy. Laughter is reputed to be the best medicine, even in the rational-minded West. Now, one of the slogans of this Indian movement is: Fake it, fake it, until you make it.

This slogan summarized the idea and observation that the positive effect laughter exerts on health can be provoked by just pretending to laugh when there really isn’t anything funny.

One can also reap it the benefits of such an approach if one’s purpose is better relationships.

Obviously, in a life partnership (even a temporary one), arguments can be costly and destructive to the practical challenges of every-day life. We want to prosper, and if the husband smashes the TV set every week, and the wife tears his and her clothes in anger, prosperity will be hard to achieve.

But if the arguments are faked, just as the laughter in that Indian movement, real losses can be avoided. In an ideal setting, the unconscious mind is tricked into believing that there is conflict, while the conscious mind is aware that it’s all just play.

For example, you can sell her, in a jokingly voice, that of all men in the world, you are the one who ended up with the most brainless wife. You can scold her over small shortcomings, and threaten her with a trashing. Now, even if she holds a doctorate in philosophy, and even if she knows that this is all just drama, and in spite of the fact that you never beat her, such conflict talk will still have an effect on her unconscious mind.

Likewise, if she tells you that your member is below average in size, and that she fantasizes about a man with a real big organ, your conscious mind may be aware that this is just pep talk, and that in reality, your member is above average in size. But your unconscious mind will still react as if what you heard were seriously correct.

It’s a dream world.

Those among us who are just straight may find the subjugation scenes played by pronounced sadists or masochists outright ridiculous. Those who are into SM may use children’s dungeon toys, and just dream themselves sexually into the darkest Middle Ages. Surprisingly, for the relationships enhancement effect they are after, it works just fine.

While playing SM scenes may not be everybody’s cup of coffee, the auto-suggestive pro-relationships effect of dramaturgic elements can nevertheless be applied by about everybody who cares.

Pretending conflict can actually become a personal style of communication. It’s suitable for extroverted characters. Masters of pretended conflict can even come across as exceptionally charming men, especially when they can mix degrading and non-serious flattering comments in one sentence.

Tongkatali.org's Phantom food

By Serge Kreutz

If you are new to the idea of kreutzing food, and not yet convinced, you will probably come up with the following objection:

“Well, if I don’t swallow my food, I won’t be satiated. I will be hungry all day!”

The trick is that you should drink plenty of water with the meals that you do not swallow.

If you do this, your mouth will have all the taste sensations you love, and your stomach will be full, but you do not burden your body with an oversupply of nutrients.

It is easy to be satiated from the taste sensations of food and a stomach full of water. This combination feels the same as having swallowed a meal. You could label such a meal phantom food.

Of course, the water will not stay in your stomach as long as a fatty pork chop or a chili con carne. And after an hour or so, you will feel hungry again.

So what?

Feeling hungry more often during the day is a positive effect of kreutzing food, not a negative one.

Hunger, the urge to eat, has about the same quality as libido, the urge to have relationships.

Our urge for relationships is not a disturbance of a happy life. It is an essential component. A good number of today’s humans know this. Former generations mostly lacked the appropriate understanding and took efforts to kill their relationships drive. How stupid!

If you do not have relationships appetite first, you cannot experience the utmost satisfaction from orgasms. And then your life is devoid of sense.

It is a similar story with hunger, so not quite as extreme. But certainly, all food tastes better if you feel hungry, just as all relationships feels better when you have strong desires.

Don’t prematurely kill your hunger!

If you eat for the pleasure of food, then stuffing your stomach with solids is as stupid as premature ejaculation.

The wise man who can derive optimal pleasure from engaging in relationships intercourse will postpone ejaculation. Because once he has ejaculated, the pleasure potential is no longer there.

And once your stomach is full, food in your mouth does not taste as great as it does before you filled it.

If I do not swallow food beyond what all by itself passes through my throat, I can eat for two hours.

Actually, I play with tastes just as I play with my relationships fantasies during intercourse.

To play with food, I may fill 5 to 10 small bowels with about 50 ml of coconut milk, one of the best neutral carriers of taste, and an ideal ingredient for kreutzing. Coconut milk, of course, is the carrier of taste for curries.

But to play with tastes, I don’t just cook curries, and I never use other peoples recipes.

I heat the coconut milk in the bowls, and put fresh milled coriander seeds in one, fresh sliced ginger in the next, wasabe powder in yet another, cardamom in the next, and so on.

Be aware that with some of these taste carriers you have to add sweetness to get the full body of flavor. This sweetness can either com from plain sugar, or palm sugar, or even sauted onions. Without the sweet ingredient, tastes from roots and seeds may have some hallow bitterness, even in coconut milk.

I then play with tastes. I roll a teaspoon of wasabe coconut milk, spit it out, drink some water, take a teaspoon of a coriander / cardamom mixture in coconut milk, spit it out, drink some water, and then try a teaspoon of fennel coconut milk.

I may then mix some ginger coconut milk with some wasabe coconut milk (you don’t even need sweetness with that), or any other two. And after mixing several such bowls, I have a curry… a different one every day.

On other days, I do the same with cheeses and red wines. All without swallowing either. My stomach only gets water in between the tastes.

But even if I do not fill my stomach with noticeable quantities of nutrient-containing food, I will get bored after some time, or become interested in other activities.

Be assured that I feel satiated, even so I have consumed almost no calories.

You may call it a phantom meal, but the psychological effect is the same as that of a traditional meal, minus the burden, heartburn, headache triggers, and intestinal irritants. And minus any gourmet obesity.
