Practically every business around the world has a website. The name of the website typically is related to either the product (filtersys.com) or the company name (midlandspvc.co.uk).
On the other hand, both names aren’t just meaningless in international trade. They are a handicap. Such websites have been promoted for many years, It would be unwise to give them up.
The best solution would be to run the website under two names: midlandspvc.co.uk and (for example) 939.com
Sooner or later, not just Chinese and Arabic business partners will use the numerical site, but also French and even English contacts. Because the numerical site is so much easier to remember.
